Dear Dr. Rose,

I am about to submit my paper, %2Duplication of Human Actions by an Interacting
Community of Knowledge Modules%*, for this summer's Systems and Cybernetics
Congress.  The title and summary have been altered somewhat; I am enclosing a
sheet with the revised wording. 

My research has progressed more rapidly than
anticipated, hence my paper is rather long. I shall deliver only excerpts from
it; if you wish to delete some sections yourself, that is also agreeable.
I would appreciate hearing about such changes, what day the paper has been
scheduled for, etc., as soon as possible.  Travel funds seem quite difficult
to secure; if the Congress has any monies for such purposes, I would appreciate
details on applying for a travel grant.  I look forward to the Congress and to
your reply,
